Leads For Weeks provides lead generation services to business clients. By purchasing leads from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All leads are provided on an exclusive basis for the period specified in your order agreement (typically 90 days).
• Lead quality and conversion rates may vary based on factors outside of our control, including but not limited to your sales process, response time, and market conditions.
• We do not guarantee any specific results, conversion rates, or return on investment from leads purchased.
• Payment for leads is due according to the terms specified in your order agreement. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
• You agree to use leads only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to telemarketing laws, email marketing regulations, and data protection requirements.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of ShieldKey Solutions LLC and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

TERMINATION

ShieldKey Solutions LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and/or our services, without any advance notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Site, to us, or to third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
